A form of the application can be obtained from the Principal, JSS College of Nursing, Ramanuja Road, Mysuru – 570004, on payment of application fee.

• In Person: Rs. 500/-
• By Post: Rs. 700/- 
• Mode of Payment: Through cash/Demand Draft in favour of The Principal, JSS College of Nursing, Mysore.

Details of enclosures to be attached to the application:

a) One photocopy of the statement of marks of the qualifying examination (10+2) / PUC

b) One photocopy of the 10th certificate showing the date of birth

c) One latest passport size photo duly affixed to the application form

d) One photocopy of SC/BC certificate duly certified, if applicable

e) Transfer Certificate.

Admission Requirements in case of Foreign Students

Foreign students/Non-Resident Indians seeking admission to this college will have to produce the following documents along with the admission application form and an eligibility fee of US$ 500. 

1. A certificate of Academic Eligibility issued by the Rajiv Gandhi

2. University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, Karnataka.

3. A clearance certificate issued by the Ministry of Human

4. Resources Development, Government of India, New Delhi.

5. Student Visa/Long-term Visa.
