Eligibility and Selection Procedure for MSc (Nursing) in JSS College of Nursing The candidate seeking admission must: Passed B.Sc. Nursing [Basic] or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing Degree or Post certificate B.Sc. Nursing of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka [RGUHS], or any other university accepted as equivalent by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka, and must have obtained a minimum of not less than 55% aggregate marks in respect of candidates belonging to SC/ ST, the aggregate marks obtained minimum 50% instead of 55% as above. Have a minimum of 1 year of experience after obtaining B.Sc., Nursing (Basic) or minimum of one year of work experience prior or after Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing degree or Post Certificate B.Sc. Nursing [completed before 2009] in a hospital or Nursing Educational Institution which is recognized by Indian Nursing council. Registered in State Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse and Registered midwife. Selection Process: Admission is on based on merit and first come first served basis. All the admissions are provisional and are subject to final approval by the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, Karnataka. |

Details of enclosures to be attached to the application:
a) One photocopy of the statement of marks of the qualifying examination (10+2) / PUC
b) One photocopy of the 10th certificate showing the date of birth
c) One latest passport size photo duly affixed to the application form
d) One photocopy of SC/BC certificate duly certified, if applicable
e) Transfer Certificate.
