Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) offers following programs for the academic year 2022-2023

Executive Post Graduate Program (EPGP) (15 Months)

Eligibility: Candidate should be  a Graduate in any discipline with 50%  or above.

Minimum marks for SC/ ST/ DAP candidates required 45%.

Minimum 5 year work experience required.

Selection Process: Admission will be on the basis of the candidate having a valid score of either CAT/ XAT/ GMAT or Mini GMAT.

Weightage of selection components

  • Score of the Entrance Test as per Table-1 above: 35%
  • Academic Performance (AP): 10%
  • Exotic Careers: 5%
  • Personal Interview: 40%
  • Extra-curricular Activities and Sports: 5%
  • Gender diversity: 5%
  • Total: 100%

Fees: Rs. 10,10,000/- Total


 

PG Diploma in Rural Management (PGDRM) (2 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should be a Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 15 years (10+2+3) of education and having 50%.

Minimum 45% in case of SC/ST/ PWD candidates.

5% within the approved intake is available for admission to NRI category.

15% supernumerary seats over and above the approved intake are also available for admission to Foreign Nationals (FN) / Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) / Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) / Children of Indian Workers in Gulf Countries (CIWGC) category. One third of these 15% seats are reserved for the Children of Indian Workers in the Gulf Countries.

Students in final year of their graduation can apply if they expect to complete all the requirements of graduation before last date.

 

Selection Process:

 For Indian- Valid Score on CAT.

For Overseas- Valid Score on GMAT/ GRE Test.

  • PI: 20%
  • Academic Performance: 5%
  • Diversity: 5%
  • Profile: 15%
  • Total Weightages: 100% 

Fees: Rs. 14,00,000/-Total


 

FP in Rural Management (FPRM) (1 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should be holding Master's Degree program with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade.

There is relaxation of 5%. 

Selection Process: Having valid scores/ results of the last five years in any of the following standard qualifying exams or tests. 

i) CAT/XAT

ii) GMAT/GRE

iii) UGC-JRF/NET

iv) CSIR-JRF/NET

v) ICAR-SRF

vi) ICAR/ASRB-NET

vii) GATE 

Those with PGDRM from IRMA and PGP from any of the IIMs (including Agri-Business Management) are exempted from the above qualifying tests or validity period.

Those who have Master Degree from any of the following institutes are also exempted from the above qualifying test: 

  • Top 20 institutes of National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) - Overall ranking.
  • Top 10 institutes of National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) - University ranking.
  • Top 20 institutes of National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) - Management ranking.
  • Top 10 institutes of Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) - Ranking Status of Agricultural Universities.

Application Fees for Indian

Nationals:

  • General, General (EWS) & OBC: Rs. 2,500/-.
  • SC/ST/DAP: Rs. 1,250/-.

Application Fees for FN / OCI / PIO / CIWG / NRI candidates: Rs. 3,000/-.

Applicants belonging to the BPL category will be exempted from paying application fees.

However, they are required to upload scanned copy of their latest proof of BPL status issued by the appropriate authority.
