Dravidian University (DU) offers following programs for the academic year 2024-2025

B.A (3 year)

Specializations: History, Economics, Political Science

Eligibility: Candidate should pass 10+2 or equivalent from recognised board.

Selection Process: On the basis of merit in the qualifying exam.

BBM (3 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should pass 10+2 or equivalent from recognised board.

Selection Process: On the basis of merit in the qualifying exam.

B.Com (3 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should pass 10+2 or equivalent from recognised board.

Selection Process: On the basis of merit in the qualifying exam.

BSW (3 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should pass 10+2 or equivalent from recognised board.

Selection Process: On the basis of merit in the qualifying exam.

B.Ed (2 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should pass 10+2 or equivalent from recognised board.

Selection Process: On the basis of merit in the qualifying examination.

 B.Sc. (3 year)

Specialization: Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science

Eligibility: Candidate should pass 10+2 or equivalent.

For admission into B.Sc., Computer Science combinations, Candidates should have studied Mathematics at the qualifying examination.

BPEd (2 year)

Eligibility:  Candidate should pass or 10+2 or equivalent from recognised board.

Selection Process: On the basis of merit in the qualifying examination.

M.Ed (1 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a B.Ed. Degree from recognised university/ institute.

Selection Process:  Valid Score in DUCET .

MSW (2 year)

Eligibility:  Candiate should hold a Bachelor's Degree from recognised university/ institute

Selection Process:  Valid Score in DUCET .

M.Sc. (2 year)

Specializations: Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science

Eligibility: Candiate should hold a Bachelor's Degree from recognised university/ institute

Selection Process:  Valid Score in DUCET .

MLISc (1 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree from recognised university/ institute.

Selection Process:  Valid Score in DUCET. 

M.A (2 year)

Specialization:  History, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, English, Philosophy, Linguistics

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a B.A. Degree in related stream from recognised university/ institute.

Selection Process:  Valid Score in DUCET.

MCA (3 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a 3 years Bachelors Degree (Regular) with Mathematics as one of the subjects from recognised university/ institute.

Selection Process: Valid Score in ICET.

MBA (2 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a 3 years Bachelors Degree (Regular) with Mathematics as one of the subjects from recognised university/ institute.

Selection Process: Valid Score in ICET.

PG Diploma Programs (2 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a 3 years Bachelors Degree (Regular) with Mathematics as one of the subjects from recognised university/ institute.

Selection Process: Valid Score in ICET.

Dravidian University (DU) Admission Process 2024

DUCET  Application Form/Fee and process:

The application forms and the university prospectus can be obtained from the Dean’s office in person and DD for Rs. 550/- (including both the application form and the prospectus), this amount is for the candidates/applicants belonging to general category.

Candidate belonging to the reserved category  ( SC/ST/PHC) has to pay application fee Rs. 400/-

Application fee is as follows: 

• For Candidates belonging to General Category (only application form) : Rs. 300/-
• For Candidates belonging to Reserved Category (only application form) : Rs. 200/-

Note: The application fee has to be paid in the form of demand draft, drawn in favour of the registrar.

A single application form can be used for multiple courses by setting up the order of preferences in the application form.
