Kasturba Gandhi Nursing College (KGNC) offers following programs for the academic year 2020-2021

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc.-Nursing) (4 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should have passed 10+2 from recognised board with minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) in Biology/Botany and zoology/ Physics/ Chemistry/ Englis.

Age Limit: Candidate should be 17 years of age on 31 December of the admission year.

No upper age limit.

Selection Process: Valid Score in Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth Deemed University Nursing Common Entrance Test (SBVDUNCET).

Master of Science in Nursing (M.Sc.-Nursing) (2 year)

Specialization:

• Child Health Nursing
• Community Health Nursing
• Maternity Nursing
• Medical Surgical Nursing
• Obstetric and Gynaecological Nursing
• Psychiatry Nursing

Eligibility: Candidate should hold B.Sc.Nursing/ PBB.Sc. Nursing Degree from recognised board.

Minimum marks should be obtained 55% for General and 50% for SC/ST category.

The Candidate should be registered nursing and registered midwife of any state nursing council with one year experience.

Candidate should have minimum one year experience after B.Sc. in Nursing.

Age Limit: No age limit is prescribed.

Post Basic B.Sc. in Nursing (2 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold  Diploma in GNM from recognised institute or INC and TNNMC after competing of 10+2 or its equivalent.

The candidate should be registered nursing and mid wife or without experience or PHN in the center after registration in State Nursing Council.

No upper age limit.

Fill downloaded application form.

Pay application fee for downloaded application form Rs. 500/-.

Payment can be done through Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- in favour of Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth, payable at Puducherry.

The completed application form along with DD and required documents should be submitted before due date.
