Why is it just 28 or 29 days in February, know the real story behind it and history?

In an advertisement on TV, a child asks his mother why 28 days in February? Have you ever wondered why this injustice was done in February? Why is February only 28 days? Let us tell you what happened that was kept for only 28 days for three consecutive years in February.

The scientific reason that every fourth year is 29 days in February is that it takes 365 days and 6 hours to complete the orbit of the Sun and this additional 6 hours of every year are preserved. After three years, these hours are added in the next year and thus an extra day is available in February. But our issue is that why is February 28 days? Why no other month was kept for 28 days?

The answer is that the Roman people have a hand in it. The calendar we use now is based on a very old and difficult to understand calendar of Roman people. Although the evidence is difficult to find, but many such stories are prevalent for centuries, according to which the Roman ruler Romulus had a calendar that started from March and ended on December. There is no information that at the time of the end of December and the times before March, how it was counted, but due to the lack of agriculture in the winter season, this time there was no significance for the Roman people and They did not necessarily make part of the calendar.

Roman Empire and Calendar: - The second ruler of Rome, Numa Pompielius, decided to make the calendar more accurate and thought of completing it one year by the moon. At that time every lunar year was 354 days long. Numa added the calendar in the month of January and February after December so that the remaining days can be counted. Both new months were made for 28 days because 56 days were more than the lunar year.

28 numbers were considered bad in Rome and to avoid this, Numa added one day in January and made it 29 days and every year is 355 days. The reason for this could never be known, why did not even add another day in February? Since the ancient Roman period, February was considered as a month of badness because it was 28 days long.

Another reason behind the inauspicious month of February is that in this month only the peace and sanctity of dead souls was done in Rome. Even in the language of the old Sebain tribe, the meaning of February is sacred. In spite of such changes, the difficulties in the calendar did not end and it could not be done according to the changes in the weather, because it was made by the moon, whereas the changes in the weather are transmitted by the sun to the sun. To get the liberty of this problem, another month of 27 days was added after February 23 in the next two years. But Pontiff, who was given the burden of ensuring improvement in the calendar, did not add additional months to the calendar at the right time and thus there was no remedy for the problem.

The world famous ruler of Rome, Julius Caesar, appointed a scholar in 45 BC and ordered the calendar to be kept according to the moon according to the moon, as it was done in the calendar of Egypt. Julius Caesar added 10 days each year and every other fourth year in another year. Now every year was 365 days and 6 hours long.

According to a popular story, Julius Caesar had made it a day in February every year and made it 29 days, but when the name of the February was changed to Sextiles in February, it was reduced a day from February and this day is August Has been added. But this story is completely misunderstood and there is no evidence that Julius Caesar had added an extra day in February.
