K.S. Hegde Medical Academy (KSHEMA) offers following UG and PG programs for the academic year 2023-2024

MBBS (4.5 year)

Seats: 150

Eligibility: Candidate should pass in 10+2, with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology and English as one of the languages of study.

The candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission.

Candidate should be NEET-UG qualified.

Selection Process:  Valid Score in NEET-UG.

Fees: Rs. 17,62,500/- Per Year 

 K.S. Hegde Medical Academy (KSHEMA) (MBBS) Admission Process 2023

 The application form for NEET-UG can be submitted online through the website www.ntaneet.nic.in on notification. Students are advised to carefully read the Information Bulletin and keep the correct details ready, before submission of the form. Kindly visit www.mcc.nic.in after announcement of NEET-UG results and obtain the details by clicking “UG Medical Counselling - Deemed/Central Universities”.

Admission to both General and NRI category seats in MBBS is based on inter-se merit in NEET-UG.

  • Employment certificate of the parent
  • Income tax documents required as per the Income Tax Act, 1961

Additional documents for foreign nationals

  • Valid foreign passport and valid visa for the period of study
  • Valid residential permit in India
  • AIDS-free certificate
  • Equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi

Commencement of Course:  The MBBS course commences on the date prescribed by the Medical Council of India, generally during the first week of August.


 

B.Sc.  (3.6 / 4 year)

Eligibility:

B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT): Candidate should pass in 10+2, with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology and English as one of the languages of study.

The candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission. 

Candidates, who have passed Diploma in MLT awarded by the State Board or an equivalent, are eligible for direct admission to II year under lateral entry scheme.

Seat: 30

Fees: Rs. 96,500/- Per Year

 

B.Sc. Anaesthesia and Operation Theatre Technology (A & OTT): Candidate should pass in 10+2 or equivalent examination with 40% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Biology with English as one of the languages of study.

The candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission.

Candidates who have passed Diploma in Radiography/Imaging Technology awarded by the State Board or an equivalent, are eligible for direct admission to II year under lateral entry scheme.

Fees: Rs. 1,32,500/- Per Year

B.Sc. Radiation Therapy Technology (RTT): Candidate should pass 10+2 standard or equivalent examination with 40% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Biology with English as one of the languages of study.

The candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission.

B.Sc. Renal Dialysis Technology (RDT): Candidate should pass 10+2 standard or equivalent examination with 40% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Biology with English as one of the languages of study.

Selection Process: Admission to BSc (A&OTT/MIT/MLT/RT) is based on merit in the qualifying examination.

Students seeking admission to BSc (A&OTT/MIT/MLT/RT) are required to submit the Admission Query form available on the homepage of www.nitte.edu.in 

On receipt of the same, the Admission Section will guide the students with the process of registration and admission.

Eligibility: Candidate should be a Graduate in Health Sciences - MBBS, BDS, BVSc, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BPharm, BPT, BSc (N), PB BSc (N), BPH, Paramedical Sciences - BSc (MIT), BSc (A&OTT), BSc (MLT), BSc (RT), BSc in Biomedical Science, Veterinary Science, Natural Sciences (any life science), Social Sciences & Social Work, Engineering including Environmental Engineering, Management, Commerce, Humanities or any other degree equivalent thereto, from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

Selection Process: Eligible students will be selected on the basis of educational qualification, achievements, professional experience relevant to the field of public health and personal interview.
