Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University (BNMU) offers M.Ed course for the academic year 2023-2024

M.Ed  (2 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree exam with minimum  50% marks for General  category and 45% for SC/ ST/ PH category or an equivalent grade in the following programs :

1. B.Ed

2. B A B Ed / BSc BEd

3. Arts / Science Graduate with DElEd Degree (with 50% marks in each for General category and 45% in case of SC/ ST/ SEBC/ PH category)

There is no age limit for the course.

Selection Process: Valid Score in Entrance Test.

Seats Distribution: 

Total seats in each category shall be distributed between Arts and Science discipline candidates on 50:50 basis.

If the available seat in any category of Arts / Science happens to be odd number in such cases benefit shall go to the candidates having higher career marks either in Arts / Science category.

Fees: Rs. 1,50,000/- Total

9.  UDID Disability Certificate issued Online in their favour in case of PH candidates

About M.Ed Entrance Test 

Selection for M.Ed. course shall be made through a Multiple Choice Objective Test.

It would be of 100 marks with 100 questions on the subjects covered at the level of Bachelor Degree in Education.

Each question shall carry one (01) mark and shall be of multiple choice type.

Test Duration: 2 Hours (120 minutes)

No Negative Marking: The performance of the candidates shall be evaluated on the basis of correct responses only. For every correct response 1 mark shall be awarded.

Language: questions will be in English & Hindi both.

Time and Date of Test: Will be communicated to the applicants through UMIS Portal and will be published in the Website.
