Army Institute of Technology (AIT) offers following programs for the academic year 2022-2023

B.E (4 year)

Eligibility: Candidate must be an Indian citizen.

Children of serving/retired Army personnel are eligible.

The parent should have completed minimum 10 years of service in the Army.

Candidate should pass 10+2 exam in Science with compulsory subjects as Physics and Mathematics along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational Subject.

Candidate should obtain at least 50% in each of the subjects.

The candidate must fulfil the age criteria requirements as per JEE Main 2020 i.e.,candidates whose date of birth falls on or after 01 October 1994 are eligible.

Selection Process: Valid Score in JEE MAIN.

Fees: Rs. 1,79,319/- First Year

Interested candidate should visit official website of the institute to obtain application form.

Fill online application form

Pay Rs. 600/- through credit/debit card or net banking.

 On submission of Online application form a receipt will be generated. The receipt can be used for future reference/correspondence.

List of Documents to be produced at the time of admission / uploaded along with online application is a follows: 

  • JEE Main 2020 Admit Card/ Hall Ticket.
  • Proof of gallantry award (C.T.C. of Part II Order / Citation / Gazette Notification) clearly specifying the Gallantry nature of award.
  • Proof of age as in the Mark Sheet of SSC/Class 10/ equivalent examination .
  • Proof of eligibility in respect of one of the following categories as applicable. 
  • Proof of Ward of War Widow.

(i) Ward of serving Army personnel or of a regular Army pensioner.

 (ii) Ward of an ex-Army personnel granted pension benefits

(iii) Ward of an ex Army personnel who has taken discharge or released after ten years of service.

(iv) Adopted child of an Army personnel.

(v) Ward of an Army personnel.

(vi) Ward of an ex-AMC/ ADC Officer.

(vii) Ward of an APS Personnel.
