B.Tech (4 year)

Specialization:

Eligibility: Candidate should pass 10+2 exam from recognised board in Science with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry or Electronics or Computer Science.

An average of minimum of 45 % marks in Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry or Electronics or Computer Science.

Selection Process:  Valid Score in CET or COMEDK.

Lateral Entry- Duration 3 year: Candidate who have passed 45% in diploma in Engineering (in case SC/ ST/ OBC of Karnataka 40%).

Selection Process: Valid Score in Diploma Entrance Test.

M.Tech (2 year)

Specialization:

• Thermal Engineering
• Structural Engineering
• Computer Science and Engineering
• Digital Electronics and Communication

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a B.E/ B.Tech Degree from recognised university/ institute.

Minimum marks shall be secured 50% together in all the subjects in all the years is eligible for admission to M. Tech program.

For SC/ ST candidates minimum marks shall be secured 45%.

Selection Process:  Valid Score in / GATE/ PGCET. 

MBA (2 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree like BBA, B.Com, BA, BSc etc.. from recognised university/ institute.

Minimum marks shall be secured 50% in all the subjects including languages.

Minimum 45% of marks shall be secured if candidates belonging to SC, ST and Category of Karnataka candidates. 

Selection Process: Valid Score in PGCET.

M.Sc. Engineering (2 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a B.E/ B.Tech. Degree from recognized university.

Minimum marks shall be secured 60%.

A relaxation to the extent of 10% shall be allowed for candidates belonging to SC/ST and any other category as notified by Government of Karnataka from time to time.

Selection Process: Valid Score in ULRAT/ UGC-NET/ CSIR-NET score followed by an interview. 

Ph.D in Engineering (3 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a Master's Degree from recognised university/ institute.

Minimum marks shall be secured 60% or equivalent.

A relaxation to reserved category is 10%.

a)  Candidates belonging to SC/ST and any other category as notified by the Government of Karnataka from time to time.

b)  Candidates with a minimum of five years experience either in teaching or research, subject to the provisions of these Regulations.

Selection Process: Candidate shall have qualified in the University Level Research Aptitude test (ULRAT), the results of which shall be valid for a period two years.

The candidate shall submit his/her filled up application for registration to the university along with other necessary documents viz., degree certificate, marks cards of all examinations, employers’ certificate and no objection certificate from the employer, consent of the Guide, through the Head of the Institution where the candidate intends to do research.
