Al Shifa College of Nursing (ASCN) offers  following programs for the academic year 2021-2022

B.Sc. Nursing (4 year)

Seats: 60

Eligibility: Candidate should pass 10+2 exam with aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and 50% marks in English in second Year only are eligible for admission.

Age: Applicants should have completed 17 years of age on the 31st December of admission year to be sout.

 No relaxation of the minimum age will be allowed. 

M.Sc. Nursing (2 year)

Seats: 04 each stream

Specialization:

• Child Health Nursing
• Community Health Nursing
• Medical Surgical Nursing
• Obstetric and Gynaecological Nursing

Eligibility: Candidate should pass B.sc. nursing with minimum 55% marks from recognised institute  as equivalent to it by Kerala University of Health Sciences. 

B.Sc. Nursing candidates should have one year experience/internship after Registration with Nursing Council.

Post Basic BSc. Nursing qualified candidates shall have one year experience prior or after Post Basic BSc Nursing and registration in the respective State Nursing Council.

Age: The upper age limit for General Merit candidates shall be 46 years and for Service candidates 49 years as on the last date for submission of application.

Applicant shall have obtained registration with the Kerala Nursing Council and the registration certificate is to be submitted at the time of counseling. 

Post Basic B.Sc. in Nursing (2 year)

Seats: 30

Eligibility: Candidate should have passed 10+2 or Equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional subjects.

Candidate should hold GNM Diploma from an institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council and concerned State Councils with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

Maximum age limit for General candidates shall be 45 years and for Service candidates 49 years as on the last date for submission of application.

Candidate should be medically fit.

The application fee

For B.Sc. Nursing and Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing:  Rs. 600/- for all candidates

For M.Sc. Nursing: Rs. 1,000/- for all candidates

Candidate should visit college website to register first Provide basic detail. provide valid email-id and ph numbar and basic detail and save.

Candidates are requested to create a login id and Password for future references.

Click ‘SAVE’ Button, Candidate will be guided to Payment Screen.

Application fee can be paid by Debit/Credit/Internet Banking facility.

On successful payment of Application fee Candidate will be guided to Next Page, Upload the Photo of the candidate (in JPEG format up to 30 KB size).
