4. Proof of Category Certificate (If claims admission in category)

5. Migration / Equivalence certificate

6. Pass port & Stamp size photographs (Student belongs to other States)

7. Physical Fitness certificate

8. Residence Certificate for locals 

9. Aadhar Card

10. Ration Card / Income Certificate
