M.Phil. in Economics: Master’s Degree in Economics/ Statistics/ Mathematics/M.B.A/ M.Com/ B.E/ M.E/ M.Tech. with a minimum of55%(50% minimum for SC/ST/Cat-I candidates).

M.Phil. in  Kannada: Post graduate degree in Kannada of this University orany other recognized University with a minimum of 55%marks in aggregate (50% for SC/ST/Cat-I Candidates).

M.Phil. in Christianity: Candidates with a minimum of 55% marks in M.A. inChristianity from this or any other University recognizedas equivalent.

M.Phil. in Computer Science: Post graduate degree in Computer Science or equivalentexamination with atleast 55% marks. In case ofSC/ST/Cat-I candidates it is relaxed to 50%. Orequivalent grade in cognate subject from University ofMysore or any other recognized University.

M.Phil. in Botany: M.Sc. Botany/M.Sc. Applied Botany / M.Sc. plantScience or equivalent degree of any other University.

M.Phil. in Seed Technology: Candidates with Master’s degree in Botany/AppliedBotany/Biotechnology/Microbiology/Biochemistry/PlantScience/Agriculture.
