The Application Forms of the college can be collected personally or by post on payment of a fee as regulated by the office. 

Please read the checklist and tick before you submit to make sure you have enclosed all the required documents.

Requirement documents

• Duly filled and signed application form
• Personal testimony and commitment to service (about 200 words)
• Pastor’s recommendation letter from the local church
• Recommendation letter from the Executive Secretary/ Bishop
• Duly filled and signed financial guarantee form by the sponsor
• Duly filled and signed medical fitness certificate
• Baptism Certificate (photocopy)
• Marriage certificate (if married)
• Letter from the employee (if previously employed)
• Letters of recommendation from two Teachers, under whom you studied for your B.D. (for M.Th only)

Photocopies of the following documents:

Birth Certificate or class 10th Admit Card

10+2 Marksheet and Admit Card

10+ 2 Pass Certificate

BA/ B.COM/ B.Sc - Marksheet and Degree Certificate from the University for mater course
