The application form and prospectus can be obtained from the institute counter by payment of Rs. 100/- or Rs. 150/- by M.O./DD in favour of Swami Vivekananda Institute of Hotel Management and Tourism, payable at Bhubaneswar.
Candidate should fill application form.
