Admission Process

Candidates should fill up the college application form with required documents.

Interested applicant may acquire application form and prospectus  from the office of the Principal on request accompanied by a crossed demand draft for Rs.300/- in favour of Principal, Sri Adi Siva Sadguru Alli Saheb Sivaaryula Ayurvedic Medical College, Guntakal.
