Orissa School of Mining Engineering (OSME), Keonjhar was established in the year 1956. It has a vision to provide valuable resources for industry and society through excellence in technical education.
It is recognised as a Government Institution of National repute under Government of Orissa, Industries Department.
It offers course like Diploma Education in Mining Engineering, Diploma education in Mechanical, Electrical & Drilling Engineering and Metallurgical Engineering. The Institution Celebrated Golden Jubilee in the year 2006.
The campus of Orissa school of Mining Engineering is located in Keonjhar, the District Headquarters town on N.H. No- 6.
