Master of Cyber Law and Information Security (MCLIS) is target for stduent who want to help and get skill to deal with practical problems related to Cyberspace and Information Security from the perspective of technology as well as the regulatory framework. The program aims to provide practical industrial cyber training and at the same time, develop a comprehensive understanding of the national and the international regulatory framework.

The MCLIS course is aimed at developing professional expertise and skilled human resources in the field of Cyber Law and Information Technology to match with contemporary challenges emerging in the field of Cyberspace & Cybersecurity

Integrated and PG Admission Process 

Admission to the BA LLB and LLM program will be through CLAT.

Application Fee for CLAT

For General/OBC/PWD/NRI/PIO/OCI candidates: Rs. 4000/-

For SC/ST/BPL category candidates: Rs. 3500/-

The cost of previous years' question papers is Rs. 500/- (not included in the CLAT application fee of Rs. 4,000/- or Rs. 3500/- as the case may be.)

The candidates themselves will have to bear the bank transaction charges for remitting the fee online. The actual bank transaction charges will be displayed in the payment gateway page after you choose the mode of payment.

Application Fees is non-refundable.

 

Ph.D and MCLIS Admission Process

Application forms are available on the university website as well as it can also be obtained from the Office of the Registrar, NLIU, Bhopal during office hours.

NLIU - MCLIS - Application Form

Cost of application form is Rs.1000/- (Rs.500/- for SC/ ST category candidate) to be paid in cash or through DD of any nationalized bank drawn in favour of “Director, National Law Institute University, Bhopal, payable at Bhopal”.

In case of downloaded forms from website, DD may accompany the completed application form, without which it shall be summarily rejected.

The eligible candidates shall apply for admission on the Application Form prescribed by the University and send to the “Registrar, National Law Institute University, Kerwa Dam Road, Bhopal-462044 (M.P.)”. Filled application forms are to be submitted in person or through “Speed-Post” only.

(3) Proof of Date of Birth if not mentioned in the Certificate of 10th Examination

(8) Mark Sheet of LLB/ BA LLB Examination

(9) Degree of LLB/ BA LLB

(10) Mark Sheet of  LLM Examination

12) UGC NET/ JRF Certificate

(13) Migration Certificate

(14) Caste Certificate, if applicable

(15) Certificate of Person with Disability, if applicable

(16) Affidavit of Intervening Period, if any.

All the candidates who have completed their LLM Degree before last date must submit the affidavit giving reasons of the intervening period.
