The following Original Certificates & Two sets of Xerox copies are to be submitted at the time of admission:

1. CCMT Provisional Seat Allotment Letter

2. S.S.C / X Class Certificate

3. Intermediate / Diploma Certificate

4. B.Tech. Provisional / Degree Certificate

5. Course Completion Certificate( Issued by the Head of the Institute,  in case of present final year students)

6. B.Tech. Marks Sheets / Consolidated Marks Memo

7. GATE Score Card

8. Category Certificate (OBC-NCL/SC/ST/PWD)

9. Study and Conduct Certificate

10. Transfer Certificate

11. Migration Certificate

12. Aadhar Card Xerox copy

13. Two recent passport size photos

Candidates are advised to read the instructions available on CCMT website for registration process and choice filling/locking process before proceeding with the actual registration process.

The registration fee is Rs.2,200/- for OC/OB and Rs.1,700/- for SC/ST/PwD, payable only through SBI MOPS (i.e., Net banking/Credit Card / Debit Card or e-Challan at any branch of SBI). The registration fee is non-refundable and would not be adjusted towards any other fee.

Candidates are advised to check their eligibility for various programmes very carefully.

All eligible candidates will have to register and fill their choices ONLINE during the specified period given in the schedule (Annexure I) as well as notified on CCMT website (http://ccmt.nic.in) to be considered for seat allotment.
