Ali Yavar Jung National Institute of Speech and Hearing Disabilities (Divyangjan), Regiona  Centre (Previously known as Ali Yavar Jung National Institute for Hearing Handicapped was established in the year 1986.

It is an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India, New Delhi.The head office is located at Bandra, Mumbai.

The Institute is located at Manovikas Nagar, Secunderabad.

The institute has completed more than 25 years in service delivery to the disabled by helping individuals and families affected by hearing impairment and speech and language disorders by focusing on various aspects of rehabilitation, developing new strategies for early identification, improving education facilities of the Hearing Handicapped, vocational training and job placements.
