• Duly filled Application Form
• Form fee of Rs. 1150/- (for boys) and Rs 750/- (for girls)
• Sports/ NCC/ NSS/ Scouting Original Certificates, if any
• Affidavit for gap period, if any
• Aadhar Card (self-attested copy)
