Maharaja Agrasen Medical College (MAMC) Admission Procedure

For admission in MAMC courses students needs to apply or download application form and Prospectus from College website.

The completely filled application must be submitted along with DD of Rs. 500/- in favour of DIRECTOR, MAMC AGROHA, payable at AGROHA. And

Attested photocopies of following documents:

 
a. Four copies of recent passport size photographs.

b. 10th and 10+2-mark cards.   

c. Conduct/ character certificate.   

d. Migration certificate.   

e. List of visitors with their photographs and specimen signatures.

The blank application form is enclosed with the Prospectus. All applications must be made on this prescribed form only. The duly filled application form must be sent under Registered AD cover address to

Incomplete application forms/ application without photocopies of certificates/ application form without valid DD is considered as invalid.
