Filled application form must be submitted along with following documents to institute.

• Qualification Certificate
• 2 passport size photograph
• PAN Card
• AADHAR Card

Candidate can application fee in cash or by Demand Draft drawn in the favour of Institute of Psycho Management Studies, payable at Nagpur
