Eligibility and Selection Procedure for MTech in Indian Institute of Technology - Hyderabad Candidate should hold B.E/ B.Tech Degree from recognised university/ institute. Minimum CPI of 6.0 in a 10-point scale or a minimum of 60% of total / aggregate marks in Qualifying Degree. The minimum marks requirement is relaxed by lowering 0.5 in CPI or 5% in marks for SC/ ST/ PwD Candidates. Selection Process: Valid Score in GATE. |
