Candidate should fill downloaded application form carefully.

Candidates are required to attach the following documents with the admission form duly attested by a Gazetted Officer / Principal of institution last attended

1. Photocopy of 10th School Marksheet & Certificate for date of birth verification.

2. Photocopy of 10+2 Marksheet & Certificate.

3. Photocopy of Character Certificate.

4. Two passport size colored photographs (one affixed with the application form duly verified and attested by the principal of the school/ college last attended by the candidate and the other separately) be submitted with the application.

5. Two self addressed (10”x4.5” size) envelops with Rs. 25/- postal stamps affixed on each.

6. Self addressed post card with Rs.4/- postal stamp affixed for acknowledgement.
