Admission Process

GRD Institute of Management and Technology conducts both online and offline application process. Candidates should register for relevant entrance exam on their respective official website.

Offline:

Interested should visit the official website of the institute and click on “Admission” tab and select the course.

Download the application form and fill it correctly.

Take a printout of the form, affix a passport sized photograph.

Attach relevant documents as per asked.

Pay application form fee and registration charges through DD in the name of “GRD IMT” payable at Dehradun.

• Application Form Fees: Rs. 500/-
• Registration charges: Rs. 5,000/-

Dully filled form and DD should be sent to the following address

Visit the official website of the institute and click on “Apply Online” tab on the home page.

Register as new user and fill the application form.

Application fee can be pay online. 

The documents required to be submitted with the application form are as follows:

1. 10th pass Mark Sheet/Certificate

2. 12th pass Mark Sheet/Certificate

3. Graduation Mark Sheets of all semesters

4. Domicile Certificate (If Applicable)

5. Migration Certificate /Transfer Certificate (Original)

6. Character Certificate

7. GAP Certificate for dropouts after 12th / Graduation (if applicable)

8. Medical Fitness Certificate + Document mentioning Blood Group issued by Certified Doctor

9. Caste Certificate (if applicable)

10. Address Proof (Aadhar Card)

11. Eight Coloured Pass Port Size Photographs of the Candidate

12. One Passport size photograph of parents each
