Bundelkhand University (BU) has presently four girls hostels namely:

1. PG Women Hostel with a capacity to accommodate 120 girl students.

2. Veerangana Jhalkari Bai Girls Hostel accommodates 248 girl students

3. Samta (SC/ST) Girls Hostel with the capacity to accommodate 152 girl students

4. OBC Girls Hostel has the capacity to accommodate 32 girl students

5. BUIC Annexe has the capacity to accommodate 51 girls

All the hostels are equipped with the requisite facilities in terms of security, food, furnishing, telephone, regular power and water supply, provision of hot and cold water during winters and summers with recreation and T.V. Room etc. Both The hostels will have in house Internet access by the beginning of the coming academic session.

Lord Buddha PG Boys Hostel has accommodation for more than 150 students. Like the Girls Hotels, the Boy's Hostel too is equipped with all required provisions. New SC/ ST Boys hostel with accommodation for over 200 students is likely to be operational at the outset of the forthcoming academic session.
