M.Tech - Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI): Candidate should hold B.E / B.Tech Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering / Computer Science and Engineering / Information Technology / Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering.

M.Tech – Computer Science & Engineering: Candidate should hold B.E / B.Tech Degree in Computer Science and Engineering.

M.Tech – Power Electronics and Electric Drives: Candidate should hold B.E / B.Tech Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

M.Tech - Embedded Systems: Candidate should hold B.E / B.Tech  Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering / Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Computer Science and Engineering / Information Technology / Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering with valid GATE score / based on the rank obtained in the Test conducted by JNTUH.

M.Tech – Computer Aided Design / Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAD/CAM): Candidate should hold B.E / B.Tech Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

M.Tech - Structural Engineering: Candidate should hold B.E / B.Tech Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Engineering.

Selection Process: Admissions to the College are made along with the other Engineering Colleges in the state through a common entrance test (PGECET/GATE).
