10+3 Diploma exam with Mathematic as compulsory subject with minimum 50% marks from recognised board.

Selection Process: Valid Score in NATA.

M.Arch (2 year)

Specializations:

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a B.Arch Degree from recognised university/ institute.

Minimum marks shall be secured 50%.

Heritage Conservation: Undergraduate Degree in Archaeology/ Museology/ History/ History, Theory and Criticism/ Art, History and Criticism/ Building Design/ Interior Design/ Horticulture/ Agriculture) (all minimum of 3 years) OR undergraduate degree in Design/ Urban Design/ Planning/ Engineering (Civil) (all minimum of 4 years).

Interior Architecture: Undergraduate Degree in Design/ UrbanDesign/ Industrial Design/ Furniture Design/Product Design/ Graphic Design/ VisualCommunication/ Engineering (Civil) (all minimumof 4 years) OR Undergraduate degree in BuildingDesign/ Interior Design/ Horticulture/ Agriculture(all minimum of 3 years) OR BBA + MBA, BA + MA.

Landscape Architecture: Undergraduate Degree in Design/ UrbanDesign/ Planning/ Engineering (Civil) (allminimum of 4 years) with a minimum of 50%aggregate marks OR Undergraduate degreein Building Design/ Interior Design/ Horticulture/Agriculture (all minimum of 3 years).

Urban Design: Candidate should hold a B.Arch Degree from recognised university/ institute.

Minimum marks shall be secured 50%.

Selection Process: Valid Score in GATE.

Fees: Rs. 3,40,300/- Total

Ph.D. in Architecture (3 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold M.Arch Degree or equivalent in relevant discipline from recognised university/ institute.

Minimum marks shall be secured 55%.

Or

M. Phil Degree with atleast 55% marks or equivalent and Master's Degree with 50% marks in aggregatein the discipline concerned shall also be eligible.

Selection Process: Valid Score in Entrance Test and Interview.

GATE qualified candidates are exempted from the entrance test.

B.Plan (4 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should pass 10+2 exam with Mathematics as a subject or 10+3 Diploma (any stream) from recognized by Central/State Government or Diploma after 10 years of schooling from recognised board.

Minimum marks shall be secured 50%.

There is relaxation for SC/ ST candidates.

Selection Process: Valid Score in B.Design Aptitude Test (EDAT), Personal Interview.

M.Plan (2 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a Graduation Degree in Planning/ Architechture/ Engineering or Post Graduation Degree in Geography/ Economics/ Sociology from any yniversity/ institute.

Minimum marks shall be secured 55%.

There is relaxation for SC/ ST candidates.

Selection Process: On the basis of marks obtained in previous qualifying exam and personal interview.

Fees: Rs. 3,69,600/-Total

BHM (4 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should pass 10+2 exam in any stream including English as a mandatory subject from recognised board.

The candidate may fill the Online Application Form as given on the website along with complete details by clicking on the "APPLY NOW" tab given on the top right of the home page of the websiteOn the Application form page submit your basic details and click “Submit”You would then receive the login id and password to proceed further on your mobile and email id enteredThen click “Already Enquired” on the top right og the Application form and login to fill your application formAfter filling the complete form correctly and by clicking on the 'Submit' icon - the candidate will be routed to the payment gateway.

The payment of Rs. 1,500/- can be made online by using your credit card / debit card of any bank as part of the application fee (M.Arch application fee is Rs. 500/-) On successful application, the system will generate a unique Application ID which will be candidate's unique identification number throughout the admission processAn 100% generated confirmation Email/ SMS will be sent to the candidate’s email id/mobile number.
