M.Sc. (2 year)

Specialization:

Eligibility:  Candidate should pass B.Sc. in related stream  with minimum 55% marks in aggregate (Pass Course) and 50% marks in major/honours subject.

5% marks relaxation will be given to SC/ST/PWD category.

M.Sc. in Forestry:  Candidate should have passed  4 year Bachelor of Science in Forestry with at least 60% marks in aggregate.

5% marks relaxation will be given to SC/ST/PWD category.

Selection Process: Academic merit valid score in written test, personal interview.

Eligibility: 

M.Tech. in Farm Machinery & Power: Candidate should have degree in B.E./B. Tech./AMIE in Agricultural Engineering.

M.Tech. in Soil & Water Conservation: Candidate should pass B.E./B. Tech./AMIE in Agricultural Engineering.

M.Tech. in Environmental Science & Engineering:  Candidate should pass B. Tech. or equivalent degree in Civil Engineering.

M.Tech. in Geotechnical Engineering:  Candidate should pass B. Tech. or equivalent degree in Civil Engineering.

M.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering:  Candidate should pass B.E./B. Tech. or equivalent degree in Computer Science & Engineering.

Ph.D (3 year)

Eligibility: Candidate who have Master’s Degree in Engineering & Technology with  minimum 60% marks in aggregate or CGPA 6.5 on 10.00 point scale and 55% marks in aggregate in Science/Humanities for General category.

5% marks relaxation will be given to SC/ST/PWD category in both the cases.

Applicants, who wish to pursue Ph.D. while in employment /service, need to submit NOC from  their employer at the time of counselling cum admission.

Selection Process: Valid Score in Entrance Test.

Application fee is Rs. 1,000/-+ bank transaction charges for all category candidates.Application fee is non-refundable/non-transferable.

Before applying applicant required to keep following documents ready:

• Email -id and contact numb should be valid  till the admission process is over. Applicant will receive all sms and massages through mail or ph numb.
• A recent scanned passport sized colour photograph
• Applicant scanned signature using Blue/Black pen on white sheet.
• Scanned/Soft copy of entrance exam passed  by applicant-NET/GATE/CAT/MAT/SLET/M.Phil./Lecturer Fellowship score card/ certificate.
• Copy of ST/SC/OBC(Non Creamy Layer)/EWS (Annexure-VI) should be produced in original  during counselling cum admission.

Steps for online application:

• Applicant need to register himself/herself at  www.neeonline.ac.in or through institute website www.nerist.ac.in
• Activate your online Application with the Email ID and Your Activation Code; send it to your submitted Email ID / Mobile No in registration process.
• Select the program.
• If applicant full fill eligibility criteria and continues the Program, the next web page appears. The applicant is required to click on “Application Details”. The application form will appear on the screen. The applicant is required to fill up the details in the application form. 
• Upload scanned image file of his/her Photograph and Signature one by one
• In the next step, the applicant is required to fill the Academic details.
• The applicant is required to choose your Document details.
• Once all the details are filled in, the candidate is required to Review the details entered and Confirm. No edit will be allowed once the application is confirmed.
• Pay  fee  through online mode only.
