Nitte Institute of Communication (NIC) offers following programs for the academic year 2023-2024

B.A (Hon) Media & Communication (4 year)

Seats: 40

Eligibility: Candidate should pass 10+2 exam from recognised board.

Minimum marks shall be secured 50% in aggregate and English as one of the languages of study.

The candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission.

Selection Process: Admission to BA (JMC) is based on merit in the qualifying examination.

Fees:  Rs. 98,000/- Per Year

M.A in Media & Communication (2 year)

Seats: 15

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a B.A Degree from recognised university/ institute.

Minimum marks shall be secured 50% in aggregate and English as one of the languages of study.

The candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission.

Selection Process: Admission to MA (JMC) is based on merit in the qualifying examination.

Fees:  Rs. 90,000/- Per Year

P.G Diploma Programs (1 year)

Seats: 10 each

• Photography & Filmmaking
• Advertising & Public Relations

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a B.A Degree from recognised university/ institute.

Minimum marks shall be secured 50%.

Selection Process: Admission to the course is based on merit in the qualifying examination.

For NITTE Institutes of Communication application process 2023, candidates must apply in online mode for admission to the programs.

Download the application form from under the ‘Admission’ tab

Fill in the required details

Attach all the required documents along with application form

Submit the filled application form along with the admission fee at institute admission office

Note: Candidates can get the admission form from the admission office of NITTE University as well. 

Documents to be submitted for MA (Original + 3 attested copies)

• 10th standard pass certificate for proof of date of birth
• Degree marks cards
• Degree Certificate issued by a recognized university
• Transfer Certificate from the institution last attended
• Conduct Certificate from the institution last attended
• Eligibility Certificate issued by Nitte University (This will be handled by Nitte)
• Migration Certificate from the University of the institution last studied
• Physical fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner
• Blood group certificate
• Photographs: Recent colour photo with white background, of resolution 300-600 dpi & size 35 mm x 45 mm (P.P size 5 Nos.) & size 20 mm x 25 mm (Stamp size 5 Nos.)
• Aadhaar card copy of the student
