Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU) offers following programs for the academic year 2023-2024

Bachelor of Art (B.A) + Bachelor of Law (LL.B) ( Hons) (5 year)

Seats: 100

Eligibility: Candidate should pass 10+2 with minimum 45% in case of general category and 40% for reserve category.

Reservation policy of the Government of Maharashtra will be followed.

Selection Process: Valid Score in CLAT.

Master of Laws (LLM) (1 year) 

Specialization:

• Corporate & Commercial Law
• Constitutional & Administrative Law
• Maritime Laws

Eligibility: Candidate has to pass Degree exam in LLB/Five-Year Integrated LLB (Hons)/ any other equivalent exam from recognised university/ institute with minimum 55%  marks for General Category and 50% marks in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category.

Reservation policy of the Government of Maharashtra will be followed.

Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU) CLAT Admission Process 2023

For BA LLB and LLM program candidate has to fill CLAT form

Application Fee

For General/OBC/PWD/NRI/PIO/OCI candidates: Rs. 4,000/-

For SC/ST/BPL category candidates: Rs. 3,500/-

Candidates themselves will have to bear the bank transaction charges for remitting the fee online.

Actual bank transaction charges will be displayed in the payment gateway page after you choose the mode of payment.

Application Fees is non-refundable.

Applications has to be submitted ONLINE only from website clatconsortiumofnlu.ac.in

Admission to UG and PG programs in participating universities under CLAT 2021 shall be completed through centralised online counselling conducted by the CLAT Consortium Office. 

Documents to be uploaded with the Online Application

• Front facing passport size recent photograph with plain background
• Signature of the candidate
• Category certificate if you are applying under SC/ST/OBC
• Relevant certificate issued by competent authority if you are applying if candidate is P.W.D
• Relevant certificate issued by competent authority if you are coming under BPL category
• Relevant certificate for your respective State of Domicile. Issued by revenue department/taluk office. Please note that this upload is optional at the time of application. However, you will need to produce this document at the time of admission, if you are claiming reservation under the domicile category. 

CLAT: Important Dates 2023

PG Diploma in Crime Investigation, Medical Jurisprudence and Forensic (1 year)

PG Diploma in Litigation Lawyering and Law Firm Management (1 year)

Eligibility:  Candidate should hold Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent Degree in any discipline from any recognized university. 

Candidates appearing for the final year examination of Graduation are also eligible to apply.

Fees: Rs. 20,000/- Total
