Karnataka State Law University (KSLU): Admission 2023

The Karnataka State Law University (KSLU) offers following courses for the academic year 2023-2024

BBA LLB (Hons) (5 year)

Seats: 60

Eligibility: Candidate should have passed 10+2 exam from recognised board.

Minimum marks shall be secured 45% marks.

In case of SC/ ST category, 40% marks required.

Be or be less than twenty years in the case of general category of applicants and less than twentytwo years in the case of applicants from SC, ST, and other backward communities as on 1st June.

Provided further that the applicants who have obtained 10+2 or graduation or post graduationthrough open Universities system directly without having any basic qualification for prosecuting suchstudies are not eligible for admission to the course.

Selection Process: On the basis of marks obtained in 10+2 exam.


 

BA LLB (Hons) (5 year)

B.Com LLB (Hons) (5 year)

LLB (3 year)

Seats: 60

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degee from recognised university/ institute.

Minimum marks shall be secured 45% marks (40% for SC/ST).

Selection Process: Admission is strictly based on merit, based on the marks secured by the candidate in the qualifying examination.

While admitting candidates tothe course, reservation policy of the Government of Karnataka governing admission to higher educational institutions issued from time to time shall be applied.


 

LLM (2 year)

Seats: 20

Eligibility: Candidate should hold LLB or any other Bachelor's Degee from recognised university/ institute.

Minimum marks shall be secured 45% marks (40% for SC/ST)  from recognised university/ institute.

Selection Process: Admission is strictly based on merit, based on the marks secured by the candidate in the qualifying examination.

While admitting candidates tothe course, reservation policy of the Government of Karnataka governing admission to higher educational institutions issued from time to time shall be applied.

Steps for registration process & to fill the online application for KSLU’s services

Candidate should use Google chrome internet browsing application for registration process.

Open the google chrome, go to settings – privacy and settings – site settings – pop-ups and redirects then allow it. Close the window and restart the computer. Then try to registration process.

Student Aadhaar card number with linked phone number is compulsory for successful registration. If fails, you are not able to complete the registration process.

After successful registration, compulsorily use Mozilla Firefox internet browsing application to apply for services/login.

Open the Mozilla Firefox, go to settings – options – privacy and security – permissions – uncheck the block pop-up window option then close the tab.

Then login with registered phone number and get OTP to apply for services.

After login, under menu, click on apply for services, select view all available services.

Under search row, type LAW, the list of KSLU’s services will appear.

Choose the required services.

Fill the eligibility application carefully and compulsorily attached the 10th , 12th marks

card for 5yr LL.B and 10th , 12th, degree all marks card for 3yr LL.B. The information/data given in the application will reflect in the output document.
