Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS) offers following programs for the academic year 2024-2025

BBA (3 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should pass in 10+2 exam with English as a core subject from recognised board.

Minimum marks shall be obtained 50%.

Selection Process: Candidates applying for Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) will have to take a common entrance test (CET) conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in the months of April & May. Based on merit in this examination, students are admitted to the program through Common Counseling Session.

BCA (3 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should pass in 10+2 exam from recognised board with English (core or elective or functional) and Mathematics or Computer Science/ informatics practice/Computer applications. 

Or

Three year diploma in a branch of engineering from polytechnic approved by All India Council for technical education and affiliated to a recognized examining body.

Minimum marks shall be obtained 50%.

Selection Process: Candidates applying for Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) will have to take a common Entrance test (CET) conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in the months of April & May, based on merit in this examination, students are admitted to the programme through Common Counseling Session.

MCA (3 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university in any discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate and must also have passed in Mathematics and English at least Senior School Certificate Examination (Class XII) of the CBSE or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto. 

Or

BCA/ BIT/ BIS from a recognized university of at least three years duration with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. 

Or

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Technology or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto with at least 50% marks in aggregate. 

Selection Process: Candidates applying for Master of Computer Applications (MCA) will have to take a comprehensive written test conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in the months of April & May. Based on merit in this examination, students are admitted to the program through Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by G.G.S. Indraprastha University.

PGDM (2 year)

Specialization:

• PGDM
• PGDM-IB
• PGDM-RM

Eligibility:  Candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from recognised university/ institute.

Minimum marks shall be obtained 50%.

Candidates appearing for the final year degree examination (or equivalent examination) can also apply.

Selection Process: Valid Score in CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT.

Shortlisted candidates will be called for the Group Discussion and Personal Interviews.

Final Selection will be based on performance of candidate in GD, PI, and past academic record.

Fees: Rs. 7,95,000/- Total

Register yourself and enter your Name, mobile no., email id, father’s name, and select domicile Click on “Submit”.

On completing the form an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile no.

Click on “Verify OTP” link.

Now fill your personal details in the registration form and submit it.

Log in to your account and click on “Online Admissions” link.

Fill in the application form.

Upload all the documents in .jpg format.

Submit the application form.

Pay fee online.

The modes of payment are as follows:

Online - Applicants can make payment through Credit Card/Debit Card or Net Banking on the website i.e www.jimsindia.org 

Demand Draft - Applicants can also register online on the website i.e. www.jimsindia.org. All such forms must be supported by a Demand Draft in favour of Jagan Institute of Management Studies payable at Delhi. 

Cash - Application forms are available at Rohini (Delhi) Campus on payment of Rs. 1,000/-. 

You can opt for more than one program in the same application form with no additional cost.

Offline

Forms are available at the corporate Office, Applicants can Download from the website http://www.jimsjaipur.org.

Duly Filled form should be submitted at the corporate office. Documents are to be submitted along with Application Form.

All the forms must be supported by the Demand draft of Rs. 1,000/-.

The Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of "Jagan Institute of Management Studies" payable at Delhi.

 The Form should reach the office before the last date of filling the Application form.

List of the documents should be attached with the appliction form 

1. Copy of 10th School Marksheet as proof of Date of Birth 

2. Copy of   10th School Certificate 

3. Copy of Marksheet of 12th or Equivalent 

4. Copy of 12th Certificate 

5. Duly completed undertakings 

6. Copy of Marksheets of Graduation (if applicable)
