ICFAI Law School (ILS) offers BA LLB, BBA LLB, LLM and Ph.D. in Law programs following programs for the academic year 2023-2024

Certificate Courses in Law (6 months)

Specialization:

• Cyber Laws
• Law of Financial Services
• Immigration Laws

Eligibility: Candidate should pass 10+2  in any discipline or equivalent recognized by the respective boards.

The medium of instruction for all the Certificate Courses is English only.

Selection Process: Valid Score in Entrance Test.

Fees: Rs. 15,000/- Total

BA LLB  (Hons) (5 year)

Eligibility:   Candidate pass 10+2 or its equivalent with at least 50% marks.

There shall be relaxation of 5% marks in case of SC/ST students.

Age Limit: Applicant should not be more than 20 years in case of General/OBC candidates and 22 years in case of SC/ST and person belonging to other backward community on the date of admission.

Selection Process: Valid Score in ILSAT.

Fees: Rs. 10,20,000/- Total

BBA LLB (Hons) (5 year)

Eligibility: Candidate pass 10+2 or its equivalent with at least 50% marks.

There shall be relaxation of 5% marks in case of SC/ST students.

LLM (2 year)

Specialization:

• Corporate and commercial Law, Tax Law and Dispute Resolution offered in semester mode (1 year)
• Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law and Criminal Law offered in semester mode (2 year)

Eligibility:  Candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree or Five Year / Three Year Law (BA-LLB / BBA-LLB / LLB) or any equivalent degree in Law with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade. 

Should be qualified in the ICFAI Law School Admission Test for PG Programs conducted by ICFAI Law School, IFHE, Hyderabad.

The applicants appearing for final year examination and awaiting results may also apply for the Admission Test.

The admission however, remain provisional until they produce mark sheets establishing their eligibility.

Selection Process: Valid Score in Entrance Test.

Fees: Rs. 2,60,000/- Total 

Ph.D. in Law (3 year)

Eligibility:  Candidate should have passed Master degree in related stream with minimum 55%.

Selection Process: Valid Score in Entrance Test. 

The candidates who are qualified in UGC/ JRF examination/ NET/SLET are exempted from appearing Ph.D. eligibility test.

The Demand Draft should be drawn in favor of “Law Prospectus Fee A/c ICFAI Law SchoolAT ” payable at Hyderabad.
