Eligibility: Candidate should pass in 10+2 exam in Science with Physics & Mathematics as Compulsory Subjects and any one of the optional Subjects out of the following:  (1) Chemistry (2) Bio-technology (3) Computer Science (4) Biology (5) Technical Vocational Subject.

The minimum marks shall be obtained 45% (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to “SC/ST/Non creamy layer OBC/ Non creamy layer SBC” of Rajasthan state) in the subjects combination as given above taken together, in the final examination of 10+2 (Class XII) of Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan or any other examination recognized equivalent thereto by Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan / Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).

Selection Process: Valid score on JEE MAIN/REAP merit.

Minimum marks shall be obtained 60%.

Relaxation (5%) for SC/ST/BC (OBC) (Non Creamy Layer)/MBC (Non Creamy Layer)/ EWS shall be admissible as per rules.

Reservation: The reservation of seats will be followed as per Rajasthan State Govt. Rules.

Selection Process: Valid score in GATE and personal interview.

In case of non-availability of GATE candidates, seats shall be filled on the basis of merit cum online interview, as per the criterion fixed by the university.

Separate application form with application fee should be filled up for each discipline.

However if discipline branch has multiple specializations then only one application needs to be submitted.

The completed application form must be sent online along with necessary documents in .pdf format to the following email id by the last date:

B.Tech Admission Process 2023

Visit REAP website and click on the general instructions for REAP. Candidate must read all the instructions carefully and then proceed for filling up the online application form.

Now, click on “Registration”. Then, candidate will be redirected to another page.

Click on ‘candidate portal’ and fill the application form for B.Tech.

Upon successfully filling up the form, candidate should proceed to make online payment.

After successfully submission wait for confirmation.
