B.Sc. in Medical Microbiology: Pass 10+2 or equivalent examination passed with minimumaggregate of 50% in Chemistry, Zoology, Botany (45% forSC/ST/Differently abled). 

B.Sc. in Nutrition and Dietetics: Pass 10+2 or its equivalent examination with Science (Biology or Maths) or with Home Science conducted by any board or university in corporated by law and recognized by this university with minimum of 45% marks(40% marks for SC/ST/Differently abled students). 

B.Sc. in Optometry (OPT): Candidate has to pass 10+2 or its equivalent examinationin Science (Biology) conducted by any board or university incorporated by law and recognized by this university with minimum50% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Biology (Relaxationof 5% marks for SC/ST/Differently abled Student). 

B.Sc. in Radiology & Imaging Technology: Candidate has to pass 10+2 or its equivalent examinationin Science (Biology) conducted by any board or university in corporated by law and recognized by this university with minimum 50% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Biology (relaxationof 5% marks for SC/ST/Differently abled students).

Eligibility: Candidate should be a Graduate with minimum 50% marks and at least participation in Inter College/Inter Regional/District/ School Sport Competitions recognized by A.I.U/I.O.A/S.G.F/Government of India.

Graduate degree in B.P.Ed. with 45% marks.  

OR

Graduate degree with 45% marks and has studied Physical Education as an optional/Compulsory subject.

Hold Graduate Degree with 45% marks and above  along with the participation in National/Inter University/State level sports competition or have required first/second or third position in Inter college/Inter Regional/District/School Sports Competition recognized by A.I.U/I.O.A/S.G.F.I/Government of India.

Hold Graduate Degree with 45% marks and  above at least three years teaching experience as a trained Physical teacher coach.

CSMU: Selection Process

Candidate should have passed 10+2 with valid marks to get admission in B.A course.

Admission to the B.Tech, MCA and MBA programs is based on marks obatined in UPSEE exam.

Admission to the all of the above programs is based on score secured in entrance test Conducted by CSJMU.

Click on ‘Online Application’ link.

Fill registration form and upload upload the necessary  documents such as photograph and mark sheet etc.

Pay the application fee of Rs. 600/-  (Rs. 400/- for SC/ ST categories) by Credit/ Debit Card/ Net-Banking or Challan.

Click on ‘Submit’ and take the printout of duly filled application form for future reference.
