A relaxation of 5 % in marks is provided to SC/ST candidates.

Eligibility:

Ph.D. in Engineering and Technology:  Candidates must be holders of M.Tech/ M. S./ M.E. or equivalent Degree  in CSE (Computer Science and Engineering)/ IT (Information Technology)/ E & C (Electronics and Communication). 

They must also be holders of B. Tech/ B.E/ M.Sc/ MCA also in CSE/ IT/ E&C or equivalent. 

Minimum marks shall be obtained 50%. 

Ph.D. in Management:  Candidates must hold Masters Degree or its equivalent in any branch of Engineering/ Technology or Management. 

Or 

its equivalent  in Science, Computer Science, Operations Research, Commerce or Economics with Statistics or Mathematics in undergraduate level. 

Minimum marks shall be obtained 50%. 

Ph.D. in Applied Sciences:  Candidates must hold Master's Degree in Science in Physics/ Mathematics/ Electronics/ Nano Technology
