B.Tech (4 year)

Specialization:

Eligibility: Candidate should pass 10+2 examination in Science with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational as one of the subjects.

Minimum marks shall be Obtained 45% (40% in case of SC/ ST category) in the above subjects taken together.

Lateral Entry- Duration 3 year: Passed Diploma Examination in appropriate branch of Engineering /Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University with atleast 45% marks (40% in case of SC/ ST category) and passed 10+2 examination with Mathematics as a subject.

Selection Process: Qualified in any National Level Admission Tests such as JEE, State Entrance Examination CEE or KUEST.

Minimum marks shall be secured 60%  (55% in case of Full-Time Sponsored candidates with a minimum of three years’ professional experience, and SC/ST candidates) at Master’s level or a Master’s Degree in Science/ Humanities with a minimum of 55% marks (50% in case of Full-Time Sponsored candidates with a minimum of three years’ professional experience, and SC/ST candidates). 

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in KUEST-2023 conducted by the University followed by personal interviews. Those who are qualified and possess a valid scorecard in UGC-NET (including JRF)/UGC-CSIR NET (including JRF)/ ICMR/ GATE/ GPAT/ SLET/Teacher Fellowship and M.Phil. Degree holders in the last 2 years shall be exempted from KUEST-2023, however, they should appear for the Personal Interview as per the scheduled dates.

Eligibility: Candidate must have passed 10+2 examination in Science / Arts / Commerce with a minimum of 45% in aggregate (40% for reserved category) preferably with Computer Science/ Mathematics as a subject in 10+2 or must have completed a diploma in CSE/ IT/ Any Engineering Branch from AICTE recognized Institute.
