Asian Institute of Public Health (AIPH), School of Biological Sciences

B.Sc. (4 year)

Specialization:

• Microbiology

• Zoology

Eligibility: Candidate should pass  10+2 in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and or Mathematics from a recognized board.

Minimum marks shall be secured 50%. In case of candidates belonging to reserved category (SC/ ST), minimum marks shall be secured 45%.

Students appearing in the final qualifying examination may also apply.

They are required to submit their qualifying examination certificate at the time of final admission.

Selection Process: Selection will be based on personal interview.

BPT (4 year)

Eligibility: Candidate for admission to the BPT course must have passed 10+2 in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English, and must have scored a minimum aggregate score of 50% marks in the qualifying examination.

Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, or Category I must have obtained a minimum aggregate score of 40% marks in the qualifying examination.

Candidates with physical disabilities must have scored a minimum aggregate score of 45% in the qualifying examination.

Selection Process: Final selection will be based on a combination of qualifying examination marks and interview performance.

Integrated Master of Physiotherapy (IMPT) (6 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should have passed two-year Pre-University examination with English as one of the subjects, along with Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

The candidate for admission to MPT(Hons) course must have passed the two-year pre-university examination individually in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English and must have obtained not less than 50% total marks. For candidates who belong to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes or Category PH (Physically Challenged), the marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Biology together in qualifying examination should not be less than 40% (SC/ST) and 45%(PH) respectively instead of 50% as above.

Final selection will be based on a combination of qualifying examination marks and interview performance.
