B.Tech (4 year)

Eligibility: Candidate has to pass 12th  from recognised board.

Minimum marks shall be secured 60% in PCB/ PCM for Gen/ OBC.

For SC/ ST – 55% in PCB/ PCM.

Compulsory Subjects: Physics & MathematicsAnyone of the following Subjects: Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Biology / Technical Vocational subject
B. Tech. (Bio-Technology)Compulsory Subjects:

(i) Physics &

(ii) Mathematics Or Biology

Anyone of the following Subjects: Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Technical Vocational subject

Lateral Entry- Duration 3 year: Diploma in Engineering or B.Sc. with mathematics from recognised institute with at least 60% (55% for SC/ ST).

Selection Process: Valid Score in UPSEE.

B.Pharm (4 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should pass 10+2 in Science from recognised board.

Minimum marks shall be secured 60%  (for SC/ ST) in PCB/ PCM,  70% (General) overall in 12th .

Compulsory Subjects: Physics & Chemistry 

Anyone of the following Subjects: Mathematics / Bio-Technology / Biology / Technical Vocational Subject

Lateral Entry- Duration 3 year: Candidates who have passed 2/3 years Diploma in Pharmacy from an Institution located in U.P. with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ ST)" or "whose parents are domicile of U.P."and he/she has passed 2/3 years Diploma in Pharmacy with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ ST) recognized by the Board of Technical Education, U.P., are eligible for admission to second year of B.Pharm. only.

Selection Process: Valid Score in UPSEE.

MBA (2 year)

Eligibility: Candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree of three years minimum duration from any recognized Indian University, or its equivalent.

Minimum marks shall be secured 60% (55% for SC/ ST) marks in aggregate. 

Selection Process: Valid Score in  UPSEE.

Candidate has to pass UPSEE to get admission

Candidate can  download application form from website.

Fill downloaded application form

Attach required documents and DD of Rs. 3,000/- as registration fee.

DD should be made in favor of "Ashoka Institute of Technology & Management, Varanasi" payable at Varanasi.

A candidate who has been allotted for admission to the 1st year B.Tech (All branches)/ B.Pharm/ MBA and 2nd year of B.Tech (Lateral Entry) / B.Pharm (Lateral Entry) courses at Ashoka Institute of Technology and Management, Varanasi through UPSEE or Direct Admission is hereby informed that he/ she is required to deposit following documents at the time of admission

• Original allotment letter. (In case of UPSEE)
• Original receipts of fee deposited at UPSEE) Counseling.
• Original 10th pass certificate and Mark-sheet.
• Original 12th pass mark-sheet and Certificate.
• Original diploma pass mark-sheet (In case of admission to B.Tech/ B.Pharm 2nd year).
• Original Graduation final year mark-sheet. (In case of admission to MBA)
• Original Transfer certificate ( for UG courses)/ Migration certificate ( for PG courses)
• Original character certificate issued from the Head of last college / Institute attended.
• Original caste certificate (In case of SC/ST/OBC) issued by competent authority.
• Original annual income certificate of parent.
• Original domicile certificate (Students).
• 15 recent passport size colour photographs and 1 photograph of father & 1 photograph of mother.
• 5 sets of self attested Xerox copies of S. No. 01 to 11.
• Xerox copy of AADHAR CARD on which father's name of candidate mentioned (for address verification).
• Institute Uniform is compulsory for all students. For details students may contact at the institute.
• Every allotted candidate has to fill-up admission/registration form of the institute.
• Fee will be accepted either in cash or in the demand draft drawn in favour of "Ashoka Institute of Technology & Management" Payable at Varanasi.
