 Eligibility: Candidate should have passed 10+2 with physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects- Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Computer Science/Biology.

Latearl Entry-  Duration 3 year:

• B.Sc 60% and above (up to second year if final result is not declared).
• Diploma 70% and above (up to 5th semester if final result is not declared.

Fees: Rs. 1,11,256/- Per Year

M.Tech (2 year)

• VLSI Design

Eligibility:   Candidate should hold B.E/ B.Tech Degree in relevant stream.

Minimum marks shall be obtained 60%.

Fees: Rs. 55,628/- Per Semester

MCA (2 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should pass BCA exam from any recognized institution with Mathematics as one subject at Intermediate level or at Bachelor degree level. 

Lateral Entry- Duration 2 year: 

• Must satisfy UPTU criteria for admission.
• Must have obtained minimum aggregates of 60 % marks in Graduation.

Fees: Rs. 1,26,000/-Per Year
