Eligibility: Candidate must have passed the 10+2 examination or equivalent from any recognized board,  securing minimum 50% (45% for SC/ST) marks in aggregate in the required subject combination taken together.

The candidate is required to pass without any grace in the each of the subject of the subject group.

Lateral Entry- Duration 3 year: Passed Minimum 3-years / 2-Years (Lateral Entry) Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category and from the institution recognized by BTEUP or equivalent.
Or
Passed B.Sc.  exam  from a recognized University as defined by UGC, with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) and passed 10+2 examination with Mathematics as a subject.

Selection Process: Valid Score in Entrance Exam.

Fees: Rs. 1,33,600/- First Year

MCA (3 year)

Seats: 180

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a Degree of BCA / B.Sc. (Computer Science)/ B.Sc. (IT) / B.E. (CSE)/ B.Tech. (CSE) / B.E. (IT) / B.Tech. (IT) or equivalent Degree.

Or

Passed any graduation degree (e.g.: B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc / B.Com. / B.A./ B. Voc./ etc.,) preferably with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduation level.

Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying examination.

(for students having no Mathematics background compulsory bridge course will be framed by the respective University/ Institution and additional bridge courses related to computer subjects as per the norms of the concerned University).

Selection Process: Valid Score in Entrance Exam.

M.Tech (2 year)

Seats: 6 each stream

Specialization:

• Computer Science and Engineering
• Electronics and Communication Engineering

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from recognised university/ institute.

Minimum mark shall be secured 50%, 45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category in the qualifying examination.

Selection Process: Firstly candidates qualified with CUET PG Current Year / NTA and eligibility as mentioned above conditions of Counseling. 

Secondly, by the merit of candidates in qualifying examinations as per eligibility criteria mentioned above conditions of the Counseling

Or

As per directive of UP Govt. /university.

85% seats of total approved intake will be filled through Counseling based on the JEE for B.Tech/ CUET (PG) for MCA/ GATE for M.Tech 2023 Mains Rank as per the eligibility notified by AICTE/AKTU for the session 2023-24. 

Procedure :

For participating in the counseling, the candidates are required to visit official website of the university www.aktu.ac.in regularly for detailed information which will be announced shortly.

After the Counseling the candidate will get an Allotment Letter.

Thereafter, the candidate is required to visit the allotted college on the dates as mentioned in the Allotment letter for the final reporting along with the required fees and documents.

Direct Admission

15% seats will be offered to eligible candidate through direct admissions based on the guidelines of AICTE / AKTU and as per the College policy for the session 2023-24. 

Procedure :

Candidate has to apply online through the college website https://abes.ac.in/courses-offered.php Institute will shortlist the candidate on the basis of their PCM % at 10+2 Level and JEE Main Score / Rank.

Thereafter, candidate will be called for test and interview.

On the basis of marks scored in the test and Interview, the candidate will be offered seat for the admission.
