3. Marksheet and Pass Certificate of the Diploma course for Lateral Entry Admission.
4. Marksheet of JEE MIAN
5. Caste Certificate
6. Transfer Certificate/School Leaving Certificate
7. Migration Certificate
8. Character Certificate
9. Income Certificate (For availing scholarship schemes by the Government)
10. Bonafide/State Subject
11. 4 Passport size Photographs
12. Gap Certificate(If any gap after previous education)
13. 4 Self Address envelope with Rs. 5 stamp Affixed
14. Affidavit against ragging by student and parents.
