Candidate has to remit a sum of Rs.1,200/- towards the cost of application and Eligibility Fee.

The amount should be paid through onlineRTGS or the IOB Challan to be paid at the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. MedicalUniversity premises.

The date of payment should not be earlier than onemonth from the date of application.

The amount once remitted by the candidate to the University will not berefunded at any cost.

Candidate has to furnish the following documents in original and one setof Xerox copies:

• Statement of marks of Higher Secondary or SeniorSecondary or Intermediate or 10+2 or an equivalent examination recognized by the concerned Board of Examination.
• Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery Certificate.
• Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council RegistrationCertificate.
• Transfer Certificate.
