Candidate has to remit a sum of Rs.1,400/- towards the cost of application and Eligibility Fee.

The amount should be paid through onlineRTGS or the IOB Challan to be paid at the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. MedicalUniversity premises.

The date of payment should not be earlier than onemonth from the date of application.

The amount once remitted by the candidate to the University will not berefunded at any cost. 

Candidate has to furnish the following documents in original and one setof Xerox copies:

a) Qualifying Examination Degree / Provisional Certificate.

b) Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council Registration Certificate

c) Migration Certificate (Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination other than The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, University of Madras, Bharathiar University, Bharathidasan University and Madurai Kamaraj University.)

d) One year experience certificate after Basic B.Sc.(N) from the date of registration

of State Nursing Council.

e) One year experience certificate prior or after Post Basic B.Sc.(N) from the date of registration of State Nursing Council.

f) Statement of marks of B.Sc.(N) & Post Basic B.Sc.(N)

g) Transfer Certificate.

h) Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) Additional Qualification Registration Certificate.
