List of enclosures with application form-
- Cash Receipt or Bank Draft worth Rs. 500/- (in original), and
- Self Attested photocopy of educational certificates, category certificate, Date of Birth Certificate and Character Certificate.
- Two self addressed duly stamped (worth Rs. 50) envelops of size 30 cm x 20 cm.
