Eligibility |
Eligibility and Selection Procedure for PhD in Shri Guru Ram Rai College of Education Candidate should hold Master's Degree in relevant discipline from a recognized university/ institute. Minimum marks shall be obtained 55%. Relaxation of 5% in the required percentage of marks will be given to applicants belonging to SC/ST/OBC/differently-abled categories. Selection Process: On the basis of Research Entrance Test (RET) followed by Viva-Voce.

Ph.D Application Fee Rs. 2,000/- for Uttrakhand domicile. Rs. 3,000/- for others.

9. Copy of Proof of Residential Address(Electricity Bill/ Telephone Bill / Aadhar Card etc.)
10. Affidavit (In case of Gap year)

Click on “Online Admissions” link on the top of the home page.
Register yourself and enter your Name, mobile no., email id, father’s name, and select domicile Click on “Submit”.
On completing the form an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile no.
Click on “Verify OTP” link.
Now fill your personal details in the registration form and submit it.
Log in to your account and click on “Online Admissions” link.
Fill in the application form.
Upload all the documents in .jpg format.
Submit the application form.
Pay fee online.
Filled registration form should be reached to the university admission office before due date.
