The application form may also be downloaded from PD PU website at http://www.pdpu.ac.in and submitted along with the DD of Rs. 1200/- in favour of ‘Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University’, payable at Ahmedabad.
Application in prescribed form complete in all respects for above program should be submitted before lat date with the application fee of Rs. 1,200/-.
The Application Fee is non-refundable.
The duly filled application form must be sent the following address by registered post, or through DTDC courier.
The University has tie-up with DTDC courier and application packet sent through DTDC is delivered to the University on daily basis.

The applicants to the course under various reserved category must submit along with application form the attested photocopies of the certificate of verification of the reserved Category issued by the competent authority. These certificates should be in English or with authorized English translation.
Acknowledgement of Application Form: The receipt of Application form from candidates will be notified by email and list published as per the procedure prescribed on the website www.pdpu.ac.in under School of Liberal Studies Section.
