BDS and MDS admission process 2019

Candidate will be selected on merit of Combined Entrance Examination.

Candidate may obtained application form from the Institute.

Fill application form properly.

BDS Course-Attach following documents with the application form- 

• Marks Sheet and Certificate of High School
• Marks Sheet and Certificate of Intermediate
• Character Certificate.
• Domicile Certificate.

MDS Course- Attach following documents with the application form-

• BDS Pass/ Degree Certificate issued by the University.
• Marks card of the University examinations passed for each academic year during B.D.S.
• Attempt Certificate issued by the Principal.
• Certificate regarding the recognition of the Dental College from where graduated by the Dental Council of India.
• Completion certificate.
• Registration by the State Dental Council.
